Summer Board & General Membership Meetings

Our Summer meetings will be held online on Friday, July 31, 2026.

The board meeting will start at 6:00 pm. The general membership meeting will follow at 6:30 pm (or when the board meeting concludes, whichever is later). All are welcome to join and observe either or both meetings.

The meeting will be held via Google Meet. Join the meeting at https://meet.google.com/dxv-mjtp-ysh.

Any mainstream up-to-date web browser is all that you'll need to join from a computer. To join from a smartphone, please install the Google Meet app (available for Android or iPhone) ahead of time.

In a pinch, we can call out from the meeting to plain-old phone numbers to get you connected that way. Email your phone number in advance to info@psec-earthdog.org if you'd like us to call you. (Or, if it's last minute, call or text Jeff (425) 298-5794 with your phone number.)

We will be holding our Fall tests in Rochester, WA on October 17 & 18. We are offering four tests — two on Saturday, and two on Sunday.

The Test Co-Chairs are Curtis Lake and Dix Dixon. The Test Secretary is Sandra Distefano.

Entry Limits!

Entries in the Senior Earthdog and Master Earthdog classes *will be limited to 30 entries total* (between the two classes) per test.

Judges

Our judges will include Mary Clarose (Lacey, WA), Julie LaFreniere (Petersham, MA), Curtis Lake (Rochester, WA), Claire Mancha (Portland, OR), Jordin Misfeldt-Wallis (Portland, OR), Michele Stephens (McCleary, WA), and Kim White (Portland, OR).

Camping

Overnight camping and RV/trailer parking are available, RSVP required. Please note that there are no hookups. (Quiet hours — no generators — ­from 10:00 pm – 6:00 am please! Generators should have a "Genturi" or similar snorkel to direct their exhaust upwards and away from other campers.)

Board and General Meetings

A brief club Board Meeting and General Meeting will be held after the conclusion of judging on Saturday, October 17, 2026. All are welcome.
