Summer Tests

PSEC will be holding two tests, one each day.

Test chair: Sandra Distefano
Test secretary: Melissa Knapp

Judges will be Marian Shaw, DVM, Lia Bijsterveld, and Jack Laney.

A club general meeting will be held during lunch on Saturday, July 13. Members, as well as guests, are encouraged to attend.

Judging Schedule

Each day.

Class	Time
Master Earthdog	9:00am
Intro to Quarry	9:30am
Senior Earthdog	10:15am (after Master)
Junior Earthdog	10:45am (after Intro)

Day of Test Entries

Day-of-Test entries will be accepted
Regular classes: Entries close 30 minutes before the beginning of class
Intro to Quarry: Entries close 45 minutes before the beginning of class

Saturday Dinner

Plan to join us for a catered Mediterranean dinner at the test site on Saturday evening. The menu will include chicken kebab, lamb kebab, rice, potatoes, greek salad, dolma, pita bread, and Baklava. The cost for the dinner is $15 — please RSVP for the dinner by Friday morning. (RSVP to joyce.whall@gmail.com.)

Potluck Lunches

Speaking of eating.... don’t forget to bring something for the potluck lunches both days.

Raffle!

A raffle of dog- and rat-related items will be held on Sunday during the noontime break. Donations are very welcome!

Friday Dinner

For those who will be on-site Friday (e.g. for the practice session, or camping), there will be a bring-your-own-grillable-item dinner on the back porch. Bring something to grill for yourself, everything else will be provided.

RV/Camping reservations

Camping (with limited electrical hook-ups) will be available, with RSVP only.

Earthdog Seminar

In conjunction with these tests, we are sponsoring an AKC Earth Seminar for Handlers and Judges on Friday, July 12, 2019. These seminars are few and far between, so you won't want to miss it!
